No - it should not be plural - dancers? no. - dancer is being used as an adjective just as the word human is being used as an adjective. If he had used “humans”, a plural noun, then it would be correct to also use “dancers”.

Human is just about the best song I have heard since read my mind was released. It is absolutely brilliant and Brandon’s voice is amazing. I am looking forward to buying ‘Day and Age.
